Bamboo Sushi
In 2008, Bamboo Sushi became the world’s first certified sustainable sushi restaurant. Today, as A Restaurant of Purpose, they proudly contribute 1% of the restaurants’ annual sales to environmental nonprofits who are leading the way in preserving and restoring critical fisheries, watersheds, and ecosystems. They’re pushing the conversation forward on sustainable sourcing while simultaneously serving forward-thinking, delicious fare.

Cicoria
Portland pizza at its finest, Cicoria doesn’t mess with the time-tested formula for authentic Italian slices, but grounds it in the pillars that make Portland special. Hyper local ingredients, meet seasonal specials, meet the best crust out there. Which we all know is the most important part of pizza.

Sizzle Pie
Portland's answer for handcrafted pies and gourmet salads. A local hotspot for vegans, who love the housemade dairy-free ranch and wide array of vegan-friendly pizzas, as well as the most resolute of meatlovers.

The Woodsman Tavern
A Pacific Northwest-inspired tavern serving New American classics, The Woodsman Tavern is a perfect pick for casual or celebratory meals. Meticulously scrupulous on details, even the most simple of dishes are thoughtfully considered and expertly prepared, resulting in The Woodsman Tavern becoming a local Portland favorite among discerning guests.

Tusk
Modern, bright, and mischievous, Tusk is a restaurant serving Middle Eastern fare that’s grounded in Oregon farm vegetables and freethinking in form. It’s experience over fuss, flavor over flair. Breezy in design, the space allows for long dinners outside or a front seat at the bar, overseen by Keith Richards floating in a pool.
