Locations

Roasting Warehouse, Portland

On the banks of the Willamette River in Portland Oregon’s Southwest Industrial District, Water Avenue Coffee Roasters, founded by craft coffee pioneers, began roasting coffee in small batches in the winter of 2009.

Southeast, Portland

Water Avenue’s first brick and mortar coffee shop opened in June 2010, providing the facilities necessary for innovation on a much larger scale. Quickly gaining citywide recognition, Water Avenue received the “Best Bean in Portland” shortly after. The following year, Seattle Weekly recognized Water Avenue’s El Salvador Pacamara as its Best Espresso of 2011.

Southwest, Portland

In 2016, Water Avenue Coffee opened a second coffee bar in downtown Portland. Willamette Week included the downtown location in a 2016 list of "Our Favorite 11 New Cafes and Roasters in Portland."
